My sister Marah and her hubby spent the summer living north of Dallas. Adleigh and I went up to meet them at the Perot Museum to see them one last time before they returned to Provo.

We spent a few extra bucks to go see the special dinosaur display. It was pretty cool.

Adleigh helped to uncover some dinosaur bones at the dig site. Future career?

We went and saw the sports area where you could try and race a cheetah or video yourself doing various activties and compared your form to professionals. It would have been cool to try but sadly the room was swarmed with field trip children. So we played with the cool wall right outside of it that responded to your touch.

Adleigh enjoyed the view more than most of the displays.

She did like the "moo"... I guess they are slightly similar to cows.

A projector above displayed the currents on the ground. Adleigh liked stepping on them.

We obviously had to go see the Oil and Gas displays. This is a gigantic drill bit that spun around. It was funny to see tools on display that we see everyday at work.

Crawling through the tunnel. Sadly she only got to crawl through once before teenagers took it over.

She was trying hard to located her genus and species. ;-)

We spent the most time in this room which had lots of interactive displays. This was Adleigh's favorite one. The air would make the paper shapes go up the tube and then come out the top.

We also were pixelated which was really cool.

Making her own tunnel through a computer stand.

Finally they had a little splash pad outside. I'm sure Adleigh enjoyed this part the most; well other than the gift shop. Bad idea to take her in there! She wanted everything!

I thought the museum was pretty cool; however based on reviews I had heard I thought it was be more toddler friendly. There was only one area that was toddler friendly that rest I don't think she will be able to appreciate until she is much older.
