November 30th 2017

Sonoran Desert Museum was one of my favorite places to go when we were kids. Before Brian left to go back to Wyoming we took the kids out there for the day.

Breydon the bat

Adleigh the bat

Coning Grandma out of her coins to race.

Posing with all the pretty rocks.

They got to search for their own pretty rocks. They actually had some cool rocks mixed in there. They had a hard time picking only one.

Digging for fossils. Breydon's googles are the best!

Oh look! Austin was there too!

Miracles occurred at the museum today. We literally saw every single animal there. I have never seen a coyote at the museum and I have gone many many times.

Adleigh the coyote wrangler.

Breydon had to wrangle one too.

Oh to have the energy of the two year old boy.

Everybody loves Grandpa!

Hello Mr. Porcupine.

The bobcat! We actually saw all three of them that live there.

The elusive ocelot that I have seen maybe once.

Mr. Fox was very entertained by my children and played with them for a while.

The new section of the museum, since the Sonoran Desert used to be undewater forever and ever ago, they put in a play where you can feed the rays. My kids were in heaven.

Austin getting some Grandma time while we feed the rays.

Adleigh was brave enough to actually feed them.
The kids were spoiled and Grandma got them more food. We were the last ones to leave when it closed.

Riding the javelinas like I did when I was little!

My babies with the baby javelinas.

We finished the night off by going to a house in the neighborhood that puts on a really good show. Adleigh was out dancing on the road and made it on to the local news!
