On before we drove from Wyoming all the way to Boise. We did a pit stop in Pocatello to stretch and then headed all the way to Boise. Brian's sister in law's (Jessica) parents live there. They were kind enough to let us stay with them for the night despite already having Chris's family and Chris's sister in law's family there as well. All together there were 12 children and 7 adults under one roof that night. Crazy! Jessica and I also had to go shopping that night before going to bed so it was a LOONG day. Brian asked me to stop and get him McDonald's on the way back from the store. He was asleep when I got back and barely finished the burger and didn't touch the fries or drink. Lol, shouldn't have even stopped!

The next day was our niece Alison's baptism! We survived church with 12 crazy and tired kids and then went home to prep the food for the meal after the baptism. Then we headed to the baptism. We were waiting and waiting and waiting and couldn't figure out why the heck they hadn't started the baptism yet. (My kids were going crazy from being contained in a seat for so long). Finally Brian's brother Kevin and his family run in the room and the program starts. Apparently they had last minute decided to come and Chris held off the program to make sure they could make it. Then we went back to Jessica's parents house and had the yummy dinner. Our kids ran around like crazy people having tons of fun with all their cousins. We went to find Breydon and he had poo spliced all over himself. Luckily he was outside! Brian took a picture of him and it was almost up to his shoulder blade. That is the only other picture we took that day and I will spare you from seeing that! Next we packed back up and headed up to Lake Cascade. We had a camping spot there for the night and Matt tagged along with us.

Our view that morning. Easily one of the most gorgeous spots I have been able to just drive up too. It was also secluded so that was a nice bonus. Plus there was a little stream flowing through it so the sound just added to the beauty of the spot.

Breydon was so excited to wake up in the tent and see all the trees.

Seriously, gorgeous. The plan originally was to stay at this spot the whole trip but it didn't have electricity.  So my father in law refused to stay there. I want to go back another time!

Breydon managed to get super dirty in less than 2 minutes.

Exploring the area and found the little stream.

They wanted to go play in it, luckily the mosquitos scared them off. :-)

After packing everything up :-(... Brian decided he wanted to bike from our campground to the next campground. Once we got onto a paved road we stopped and let Brian out to bike. The kids wanted to get out and explore a bit. This is Lake Cascade, so pretty! Then we followed Brian on his bike all the way to McCall. That was quite the adventure. Lots of pulling off to the side of the road and letting the other cars pass us but eventually we made it.

We checked into our campsite and then went and did some grocery shopping for the week. I had bought all the stuff we needed from Wyoming but sadly all my berries did not survive the trip, they molded in only 3 days in a cold cooler. :-( The boys also bought fishing licenses and some lures. Adleigh had been left out of a shooting trip a few weeks earlier so I told her we would buy her a bebee gun and they could go shooting on this trip. So we found the gun but everyone was out of bebee's, dang it! Finally everyone else showed up and we headed out to a spot that we were told was good for fishing.

Teach them young!

I didn't get a fishing license but I did catch a few frogs!

Adleigh loved playing with her older cousins!

The very wet 2 year olds!

Splash!

Boys! haha. Sadly the spot we went to was a great fishing spot... for fly fishing. We saw a guy pull up, fish with his fly rod for about 5 minutes and he caught 2 big fish. Oh well! Kevin did catch a tiny little fish but that is it.
