When we visited Milburn Orchards we realized we were only like 15 miles from Delaware. Neither Brian nor I had been there so we convinced everyone we needed to go. We found a cool state park that was right near us that actually looked really pretty.

We were supposed to find the river but pulled into the wrong parking lot. The kids were really excited about the playground so we let them out to play. |

After the park some of us headed to go see the river. Grandpa Russell is clearly the favorite on this expedition. |

Because of all the rain the creek was more like a river but it was still really cool. |

Adleigh really enjoyed throwing rocks and she was picking up some big ones! |

We found a pretty feeder creek. The kids enjoyed throwing little pebbles into that one. |

We finally had to drag the kids back to the van, they would have stayed much longer! |
