December 25th 2015

Breydon woke up before Adleigh but after his Blood cousins so we let him go join the Santa party.

Breydon was quite satisfied with his loot. He got a water bottle (so he won't steal Adleigh's anymore), thick long socks,  a santa bear, a crazy ball, stacking toys with a purple piece to satisfy his sister, and lots of baby treats.

Adleigh was the last one to wake up. She probably would have slept longer except her father got too excited and woke her up.

But she was super excited because Santa brought her just what she wanted! A princess crown!

She also got a Queen Elsa doll! Other items from Santa were a penguin, a crazy ball and rediculous amounts of candy.

Cute girl waiting for us to let them open presents.

Adleigh and Breydon sharing presents. She totally stole a pair of his socks and they fit.

After opening Santa we made the kids wait to open presents. We made breakfast and then waited for the little ones to wake up before starting the presents. Luckily the older kids were too distracted by Santa stuff and iPads to get too antsy. We made Beth and Seth sort the massive pile of presents.

Breydon enjoyed lounging around in his pile of presents.

He got a little more into opening presents by the end.

Adleigh is now an expert present opener! Can you see the excitement on her face opening her Elsa barbie?

Adleigh and some of her spoils. She wears the Elsa dress almost every day now and has to have the mermaid in her bath.

I'm buried in my children's toys!

Aaron got a cool race track and was very good at sharing.

Seth got to open a very important present. It was a ladder for a trampoline! The tramp was set up in the back yard but they had wrapped the back door so that the kids couldn't see it. The kids were even curious about it. After some prodding, the kids finally figured out they needed to open the door. I am pretty sure Adleigh was the most excited about the trampoline.

We spent a good portion of the afternoon playing on the tramp. It was a hit!

Adleigh was out there as much a possible.

Our two Elsas!

My attempt to take a picture of the kids in their Christmas outfits. They were too distracted to even pay attention to me. Oh well!
