All About Adleigh Day

Once nice thing about a C-Section is that you can mostly plan for when new baby will be arriving/when your daughters world is going to be rocked. The Saturday before baby brother was going to make his appearance we decided to have a spoil Adleigh day.
She woke up and went and got donuts with her Daddy which is her favorite Saturday activity. Then the two of them had some bonding time going shopping at Home Depot (and I got a nap!).
After lunch we headed out fishing!

She finally decided to test out the water.
Pink Duck got to join her in the water. We had to remind her that Pink Duck can't swim. :-)
Daddy took his shirt off so Adleigh has to join in on the fun!
After no luck with the fish and seeing a water moccasin we switched to a pond near our work. We had no luck there but Adleigh was excited to see some cows!
On our way home we saw one of Adleigh's buddies at the Splash pad so obviously we had to stop! Yes, we were the white trash people that let our daughter play in a diaper.
The rest of the crew at the Splash Pad. We stayed there for well over an hour! After we went and got cajun food and Adleigh had her current favorite protein: shrimp!
