December 18th 2015

5 years ago Brian and I met up at the Mount Timpanogos temple and get married for time and all eternity. 2 kids, 4 dogs, 5 vehicles, 6 houses, and 4 states later here we are!
The beautiful flowers Brian brought me and some yummy chocolate.

Add caption our anniversary was on a Friday so after Brian got off work we drove down to Salt Lake. We had a late reservation at Tucanos! The kids both napped on the drive to Salt Lake so they did great despite it being 9 pm. Breydon was obsessed with the pineapple (can't blame him!) and the salmon. He ate more than Adleigh!

A beautiful picture thanks to Brian. I was very much enjoying my Brazilian lemonade.

Brian and Breydon enjoying the deliciousness.

Adleigh was clearly entertained. She preferred the salad bar food, luckily she was free!

Family picture.

We spent the night in a hotel in Downtown SLC. The hotel was recently renovated and we were the first ones to stay in the room. They said they had literally finished setting it up about 15 minutes before we got there.

Adleigh was really excited about her new home!

They slept on the same bed. Breydon kept scooting closer in his sleep to be touching her, it was adorable.

Family cuddle session. I love king sized beds and my cute family too!

The next day we met up with Matt and Victor and went to Scheels. Adleigh loved the fish tank!

Buddy liked the fish too.

Then we went and watched the BYU vs Utah football game. Breydon got a little bored when we were getting blown out but eventually the game got worth watching.
Bethany met up with us at Matt's and we all headed to Temple Square.

Pretty good shot considering the place was swarming with people. It was the last Saturday before Christmas, go figure!

Breydon really enjoyed seeing all the lights... oh wait. :-)
We went on a walk around the city trying to find hot cocoa that wasn't over priced. Adleigh had fun getting soaked in the fountain at City Creek.

We ended up at Denny's for endless hot cocoa. This is Adleigh saying "peace out temple'. She learned this from her uncles.

We spent the night at Grandma Jan's and went to church with her for Christmas Sunday.

Two cute kiddos.

And I'm not sure why my daughter decided to do this but it was quite entertaining... :-)
