Brian finally got off his work hitch and we were able to carve pumpkins just in the nick of time! My family's pumpkin carving contest theme was Monsters. We let the kids pick what they wanted to carve but both ended up with the Monster Theme. We invited some friends over to join us in the carving party and the kids had a blast. Also gutting a pumpkin with a drill holding a hand mixer attachment totally works.
