Brian was in charge of the joint mutual activity so we decided to do a little party for the youth. At the ward party they are usually stuck managing booths and aren't allowed to trunk or treat... So we figured we would do our own!

We ended up getting the perfect amount of pumpkins! We had planned on gutting them for the kids but the night before the party we had an emergency trip to Dallas for a friend... So the kids got to do the messy part. It really surprised me how much convincing it took to get some of the kids to touch the guts!



Our very fancy table decorations! I would like to thank my mother for providing me with all of my Halloween decor... Stuffed animals!



I made these little labels myself :-) they were also served, pumpkin poop, ghost poop, rat eyeballs, spider legs and brooms!



Adleigh was the the Halloween spirit and dressed accordingly. :-)



And while everyone else was carving or assisting in carving... We entertained ourselves.



Yup, we get along pretty good. :-P
