We carved pumpkins tonight!

It's a Mikesell Halloween tradition, ya know!

I roped my husband, his best bud Edward, and my in-laws all into carving with me!

I of course enjoyed it the most and spent the most time carving (as usual). But everyone seemed to have fun.

Brian took all the pictures on his phone... He is sleeping now... So I'm just gonna post pictures of mine :-)

Vampire pumpkin! Sucking the guts out of the baby pumpkin.

Yeah it's a spin off of one that I did a few years ago...

It kind of looked like this

I thought I had pictures of it somewhere on Facebook, but I didn't. Weird. But imagine this one but better... Like I spent 5 hours carving it better. :-)

When we were shopping for pumpkins Brian said that he wanted me to do the pumpkin eating the pumpkin again. So since my life is all about pleasing my husband, I did. :-)

The teeth were much harder to carve and peel since they were so long and thin! Also my pumpkin was seriously already starting to mold on the inside... So it was soft and hard to carve. :-(

The little pumpkin sucks... It was super hard to carve. The skin was freaking tough. So I just went lame. Maybe I'll fix it tomorrow...

The little pumpkin head reminds me of something... But I can't place it.

As you can see the lighted little pumpkin is not in the mouth. This is due to a lack of small enough candles. The flame was basically coming out of the top, I just quickly put the lid on for the picture.

All in all I think it turned out pretty okay for only taking about 2 hours. :-)

In other news...

A very stinky dog got a bath today!

Isn't he cute!?! And so clean. :-)
